At the age of 20 , I was the managing director of the “Vijayawada Builders” and constructed “Dwarikadhis Apartments” (Pictures given in Projects page) .IN Vijayawada with my father encouragement we sold 5 single bedroom flat for 15 Lakhs. Now the price is 55 Lakhs.
Now coming to your curiosity how Rs 450 monthly investment became 1.6 cr. This venture name is “Anjanadrinagar” at Hayatnagar in 1993. The real estate is very new to people. They buy is installment only.200 square yard plot they buy in 36 months by paying 450 monthly & 1500 extra once in every 5 months and Rs. 6,900 to choose their interested plot (Total 200 sq yards plot cost 36,900 in 36 monthly installment) . They bought for 180 rupees but now the price is 80,000 .
When the market prices are high I never planned any new venture. My own venture suggested anyone to to buy land or investment. I enjoy acting too. I acted more than 60+ movies in all southern and also worked Oscar winning director Sri Rajamouli GARU and I explore in creativity.
